My boyfriend and I have tried to have sex several times, but he is unable to penetrate my vagina. It's as if it I am pretty sure I am aroused, and I have plenty of natural lubrication, and the condoms we use are lubricated, but his penis has never been able to go in further than the tip of the head. He has been able to get three of his fingers in without any trouble or pain on my part, but it just doesn't work with his penis! It's really annoying and I have always felt so ready to have sex, but it just doesn't work!

You probably have a tough hymen. Go to a doctor and see what they can do for you.

If he can penetrate with three fingers, you're right, there's no reason why he can't with his penis. Perhaps he holds back for fear of hurting you? And there is always some nervous tension in the muscles of the vagina.
You might try being in the top position, straddling his hips and you be the one guiding his penis within you. This can be very sexy for both of you.

Based on your description, it sounds like you might have vaginismus, a sexual dysfunction that is fairly common among women (12-17% of women seeking treatment for a gynecological problem are diagnosed with it). Vaginismus causes the involuntary contraction of the outer third of the vagina which makes penetration painful and difficult if not impossible. It has nothing to do with penis size, level of arousal, hymen, or age. Talk to your gynecologist to rule out any other (more serious) possibilities, but know that with a proper understanding of vaginismus, the condition is totally treatable; most women who have experienced and sought treatment for it go on to experience normal, healthy sexual relationships. There are kits available to treat it at vaginismus.com, but I wouldn't spend the money on it until you have spoken with your gyno.

Hope this helps and good luck!

relax..use extra lube and don't miss the foreplay. If you try to force it too much it will hurt so be patient. If you're old enough maybe see a doctor who can sort this out. good luck xoxox

You might want to try another position, like doggystyle, and extra lube couldn't hurt either.
