I guess I don't mind answering this. I'm an honest kinda girl. I don't go very often. Usually once or twice a week. I swear. I thought I was really sick when I heard most people go everyday!! I thought there was something seriously wrong with me!! I don't know. I mean...I guess I'm pretty healthy. But yeah, obviously it's possible!

Apple juice or fiber tablets would help with the constipation and make sure you are drink enough water throughout the day. Nausea part is something that you can look forward to going away. Normally that calms down or goes away totally at 12 weeks. You can make it that far Im sure. Try some cracker, ginger ale, a cool wash cloth on your face after you eat, fresh air, dry toast, or anything that has helped with a stomach bug. Personally I had it horrible but after 12 weeks i get nausea sometimes but don't get sick that often anymore. Trust me the good thing was I don't have to work so I just laid in my bathroom on the floor most days cause if i got up then I would get sick again. Nothing would settle my stomach but those are all things people told me to try and with my daughter the only thing that worked was orange juice.

My Doc said you're supposed to use the bathroom at least every 2 hours. A healthy guess would be to take a #2 once a day my friend. The more fiber and water in your diet the more lucky numbers.

Yes, it is possible, but not good. He needs to drink more fluids and eat more fiber.

If this is how your friend has been all his life, then it's normal for him. If it's recent, he needs more fiber and water.
