You seriously want to know. It's usually when feces get into through the ureter. Either by wiping backwards or having rectal intercourse then vaginal. The fluids just get mixed up. This happens alot but causes an infection.

Just have to be more careful because this infection can take a bit to get rid of. Just need to take antibiotics, that's all.
