It's that sticky, gooey stuff that accumulates between your toes when you don't wash them. Especially when you wear socks all the time and you don't change them. When your feet sweat a lot. Remember that your feet are the part of your body with the most sweat glands. Toe jams are when your foot sweat mixes up with dirt and starts to dry up and coagulate and get thick like jelly. thanks a lot for asking this question, now I have completely lost my appetite :-)
