Do you want to restrict your daughter's access just because she has changed her password? If so, I advise you to reconsider. A 14-year-old is old enough to be entitled to some privacy.
Or is there some other reason? If so, then talk to your daughter. Do not rely on a program to do this for you -- there are workarounds for many restrictions, and anyway your daughter will be less tempted to break the rules if you discuss them with her.
Technology is not a substitute for parenting.

First of all, why do you want to restrict your childrens access to the internet?
If you have a good reason, you should talk it over with your daughter and explain to her why you want to restrict her access. If you figure out her password without her telling you, I'm pretty sure that she will get angry...

you need the password to do anything.
1.you can try your best and get the password from yor kid.
2.you can take the hard way[only if u have basic+ knowledge bout using computers]
hard way:
-press del or F2 key soon after the comp starts.this will lead you to the bios.
-make floppy as primary boot device
-get a startup disk from somewhere if u dont have one yet.
-once you are in dos, format your windows drive and reinstall windows all over.
now all that will give you an access without a password.if you can manage to get it from your kid, you'l b saved of all that trouble.
3.set your own password and limit her access.
4.also you can go to the internet explorer settings and restrict her access to the net.

confiscate the power cord until she don't tel you her password... simple like that, or you may ask a technician to install "Abit IDE secure" it works like a key to access the pc, so you can have a better control on them...
