i m an MA in english what shud i go 4 now -MPhil /MBA /courses like IELTS,FRENCH etc?

initially i wanted 2 go 4 teaching but now i m not much interested in it.sometimes i plan 2 go 2 abroad 4 further studies or 2 work there .Pli.....z tell me d way i m very confused
