Windows 2003 Server will install and ask what service you wish to install with it. It even has a Manage Your Server, where you simply click on the feature you want to add.

I've hardly seen it more simple then that.

a)You need to have the licensed version on Windows 2003 Dc either standard edition or enterprise edition

b)Install the OS and run dcpromo from command prompt and follow the online instructions

c) Later its going to ask you for DNS installation , i would prefer to set your DC to have Ad integrated DNS

d) Then install the Exchange server on to the DC using S/W installation Cd

e) IIS will be configured along iwth the Exchange or else you can install manually by going to Add remove programs and install appl

Pop in the CD and follow instructions.
