Yes, if you have windows xp, use Remote Desktop, make sure each pc has remote desktop enabled.
Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Remote Desktop Tab -> Enable Remote Desktop
After you can open Remote Desktop from: Start -> Programs -> Accessories or Communication, can't remember.
After when you connect to each pc, you either connect to the pc name or local ip address: PC1, or 192.168.168.100 (examples)

You can take control of the system either using
a) Terminal Services
b) netmeeting ( run conf from command prompt )
c) RDP
d) use remote assistance using windows Live meeting or webx
e) if specific to services you can use mmc and connect to the other system and control their sevices such as DNS or DHCP

Use Remote Desktop Connection if using Windows.
Programs-> Accessories -> Communication -> Remote Desktop Connection.
If using other operating system, VNC is always an options. Can be used across operating systems.

in the means of controlling,, do yu want to control the administration or only the folder files,, if u want to control the administration then u have to use the remotedesktop feature, or else u can simply share the folders from other computers and add or delete folders and files.

U use VNC, pc Anywhere, Remote Connection or u can share the folders from other computers and add or delete folders and files. for that u can use IP address e.g. \\192.138.8.67 or name \\serverpc

One I've seen is action is Dameware. The other user wouldn't know you were logged in to their computer. Another one is RealVNC.
