No, if you can pay for it.
Some people have payed even more, so your not that expensive.
Buy it, but only if you have money for other things, like the REST of the wedding.

Yes, what a dumb question. You are promising to love her for all time, at the same time you are promising her all of your money. Go ahead and buy the thing, she'll cry, and hug you, and probably be wearing it while she sleeps with the stripper on the night of her bachelorette party. ha ha Just kidding. Of course it's too much to pay, but that's what a good one will cost you. Go ahead, you might as well get her in the mood now, it will soon pass. Take care. D.

Yes. Especially if it is on credit, get your calculator out and work out how much it will really cost. The ring will be fussed over for about one day! There are so many more important things the money could be used for in the future together.

The price of the ring is not whats going to connect u both, or doesnt say he loves u anyless, whats important here is the love u both have for one another dont let the price tag on the ring decide how u 2 feel about each other. congrats.....on proposal.

It's not too much at all. But depends on your salary. I've always heard that a ring should cost you two months' salary.

Hell YES!! What she got? A platinum beaver, lined in mink? If you are spending this much on a womans' ring then you are only setting yourself to be mined for gold.. Dude, you have earned you funds, do not throw them away on snatch.

Men will spend $20,000 on a car they will keep for 5 years. Why not shell out the big bucks for the partner you intend to keep forever??
