Circuit City: Better service, nicer stores but you pay for it.

Best Buy: Lower prices, usually a bigger selection of items, but customer service is for crap.

So, whichever is better for me depends on whether I know exactly what I want, or if I need someone to help me out.

Best Buy.

More knowledgeable and helpful people. They are all about the customer. Better quality products and more of a selection. Nicer stores. And even if you find low prices at Circuit City, Best Buy will price match.
