Kobe hands down, even though im not that big of a fan of his. But Lebron is just starting his career as a basketball player. I'd say ask that question in about 2-4 more years. And then ill possibly say Lebron. But for now, Kobe is an overall much better teammate.

I think they both have there talents and you can make an argument for either player. If I were to have to choose right now I would take Kobe. The reason being, I believe Kobe is stronger mentally. When the chips are down and the game on the line I think Kobe wants the ball more then Lebron. He is been in bigger games and has accomplished more so far in his career. Now in two or three years from now that can all change but for now it is Kobe!

Kobe, LeBron is still developing at age 21 and will only get better in time. But right now Kobe is better.

Lebron

"Lebron, Kobe only does one thing good and that is score he doesn't play defense, he can't rebound, he doesn't pass, he's a black hole. While Lebron can score, play defense, rebound, and pass the ball. While Lebron is entering his prime Kobe is slowling dwindling away. Maybe the better question is who is better Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade, Chris Paul, or Lebron."

Are you serious? Kobe: 3X NBA Champ, 8X All-Star, 2002 All-Star Game MVP, 1X Scoring Champ, 8X All-NBA selection, and most importantly 6X ALL-DEFENSIVE selection. Lebron is NOT the better defender nor is he the better player...yet.

i think Lebron because he makes his team better but individually Kobe might be.. but his team is not that good even when he scores all of the points... but Kobe is a little over rated because after Shaq left their has not been no more rings

Lebron... shows better team work, gets along better with his team and does not need to score a certain amount of points to be OK with himself.
Kobe.....if it was a 1-1 contest... Kobe beats all.

It is definitely Kobe. He is the best scorer in the NBA. Although he lacks a bit in defense, he can still make plays on that side of the ball. But on offense, you cant find a player that can stop him. Along with his incredible clutch factor. Lebron is only a scorer period. The rebounding is just there so he can put up his stats intentionally. His defense is horrible and there is absolutely no defense from him. Not to add that he is terrible in the clutch. Constantly missing free throws down the stretch.
