You can download a Nintendo 64 emultor, then a Super Smash Bros. ROM file. Load the file into the emulator, set the controls, and voila- piracy made easy.

go to www.emulator-zone.com download project 64 which is an n64 emulator and then you can download super smash bros from coolroms.com and play it using the n64 emulator. good luck
