A CR80 would be hard to say because they are racing two strke engines and designed to be constantly wound out. A 100 to 200cc on off road 4 stroke bike on the other hand will get 60 to 80 miles per gallon

Not too much, probably 18~30mpg if using high gears, much less if only using 1st,2nd,3rd. and high rpm
Much better than the 9 mpg I used to get from Yamaha 400 when racing though
