Is it wrong that the ball sack area is to my knees and full of holes?
or is it by premanate stains (no matter how clean they are)

First....how heavy is your ball sack to make that area hang down to your knees? Second....for your stain problem, well they just invented a new product called "Toilet Paper" Get some and some new drawers while you're out shopping!

Get some new ones... but make good use of them! Just remember- Front ways, back ways, turn 'em inside out then flip 'em around again! Through this method your briefs should last a good four days without cleaning!

Those are too old, my friend. Here is a checklist for future reference:
1) they are transparent when they are not supposed to be
2) the elastic is saggy, baggy, or fraying
3) the stains do not respond to spray and wash
