I haven't been on a road trip! I'm too old now!!

Just went on a road trip yesterday with a good friend. We plan a "trip" twice a year to go out to eat, shopping, and just have fun together. She drove and got picked up for speeding right off the bat! We laughed all day about it.

My flavor of the month in 1988 and I took off about 8 p.m. from Minneapolis, drove to Lake Millacs (prob. not spelled right, I'm old and I forget), back through St. Cloud, and then to Waverly, Iowa, arriving somewhere around 10 in the morning, red eyed, slightly drunk (he was more than slightly, had to lean on the car to go...) and with most of the oil burned out of the car. Seriously fun trip. Oh, and the back seat was full of sunflower seed shells. We'd been spitting them out the window and they came right back in.

Me and a friend went to Alabama once..it was fun! and once went to colombia,Mo with my sister..it also was fun!
