Yes! Married to a law enforcement officer and he hasn't won one yet!! lol

I never lost to the law--but I have represented people who have been charged by law enforcement officers. I fought the police--and the prosecutors--and I have won for my clients. But the law still won. I used the law to win. the law should be about what is right. some people have jobs to try to make sure the law doesn't jump sides.

What I've fought is violations ( traffic ) that stated I broke the law I fought 2 and won judgment in my favor both times.

yes I was issued a citation driving about nine years ago...I fought the ticket on the grounds that I could not have avoided the accident, and the magistrate sided with me..

The cop who wrote me the ticket said while writing it that he wasnt sure that I deserved it but it was the law techincally, but yet he peper sprayed me outside the court afterwards upset on losing the case...shame...okay just kidding about that...

Yes I did. I beat up a cop and won the fight, got pepper sprayed, set to thecounty prison, went to court, was found not guily, and i had fun all the way through, that cop is now one of my best friends.

i got a tresspassing charge thrown out after i told the judge what a d*** the cop was to me
