A new one that I was in just last year called "Running in the Red" by Karl Tedieman.
When we had our first script readthrough, normally you can get through it in under an hour (no staging and all). It tooks us over four hours to read through it because it was so funny we kept losing it. Nobody could stop laughing.
It is an excellent slapsick/screwball comedy. Very witty dialogue and several classic vaudeville routines (two of the main characters are vaudeville actors) and Burns/Allen type sketches. At least take the time to look at the script. You will love it.

have you ever tried finished steel Panic? it relatively is a comedy some mech pilot in a secret employer who has concern adjusting to severe college life whilst he's assigned to be a physique safeguard for Kaname Chidori, a teenager female with a powers that may terrific be describes as "Psychic". there is a few extremely romantic rigidity, and a sparkling love triangle that develops. My HiME is all approximately relationships and what's (who's) "maximum severe." loads of action. The Shizuru-Natsuki subplot is oftentimes going on and has an somewhat bittersweet ending. the placement Promised in our Early Days and Voices of a miles off famous individual are all approximately romantic relationships. there's a sprint of action in those, yet no comedy. fooling around with my FanCruft anime database, it says that Tench Muyo Universe, Elemental Gelade, and Martian Successor Nadesico are promising.

Why not do a shakespeare comedy? It would be very traditional for an all male cast, very historical. Also, men acting women parts is very humorous! Twelfth night, or comedy of errors, etc..

The Reduced Shakespeare Company plays are great -- Complete Works of Shakespeare, the History one. And, they don't really have to be done with only 3 people... and they are hysterical and have audience involvement!

The Odd Couple - it's easy to put on. There are very few/if any scene changes. There are only two women parts, but they are small and it would be absolutely HILARIOUS to see them played by men.
