Lynchings, Bombings, Shootings, Rapes, Humiliation, and torture are all the things that the klan have done in this country since they have been around.
i dont like to think on things like this too much because it angers me, but i just think that there have been many unsoved cases that have been carried out by clan members.
So should George Bush's Patriot Act apply to them too?

All hate groups should be banned, this includes the Black Panthers Nation of Islam, and the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton too.

I believe that people can be individually labled as terrorists for their actions, including the KKK clansmen, but not a whole group labled without considering all members...

The KKK is supposively (note I say supposively, not agreeing here) an orginization that isn't all about hating colored people, but brotherhood. Just because members chose to lynch, bomb, shoot, rape and torture people, they will argue that is not what the whole brotherhood is about.

For example, motorcycle gangs. Some members are quite nice people, others you couldn't pay me to go near. Both are within the same "gang" by the same name, just have different morals.

Some violent chapters of the Klan are considered domestic terrorist organizations, but they are, by and large, not nearly as large or important as some of the other racist organizations like the Aryan Brotherhood and some skinhead groups that the FBI has been trying to destroy recently.

Any Hate Group. The Government needs to make a new Law where Hate Crimes and other forms of hate are given harsher punishment. The Main things in this World of Greatest importance are..........

1) Aids in Africa
2) HateCrimes/ Hate Groups (Worldwide including Religion, Race, Gender, Sexuality, Terrorism, etc.)
3) Domestic Violence
4) That Freedom of Speech needs to be re-evaluated, ppl get away w/ too much **** because of it....

Etc........

If you have any more Ideas to add to this List, please do so

You must be from the West End, And to answer your question, that's exactly what they are terrorist, yet they are allowed to walk up and down having rallies, spreading hate. This country is so a$$ backwards. And they have the nerve to call groups like the Black Panthers communist.

The Court has ruled that the Goverment may not list "domestic groups" as terrorist. I fell it was a bad decision and will be overturned at some time

i havent heard of the black panthers hurting people just because they are white and if they did how come its not so publicized in contrast to the kkk? well anyyway if the black panthers are the same as the kkk then they should be labeled as a threat organization too.

that is correct! there is a thing called homeland terrorism and they are it. But they have been pretty low key, lately and haven't been doing anything to endanger many lives. they are by the 1st amendment allowed to protest, unfortunately what they are saying is utterly, totally, undeniably, wrong.
