The phones in my location are:
Samsung SCH-i730
Motorola Q
Verizon Wireless XV6700
Palm Treo 700w Smartphone
Palm Treo 700p Smartphone

I'm looking for a phone that I am allowed to add embedded windows app such as embedded visual basic. I also want to play music and videos with removable memory. Bluetooth is a must! Internet access and email.

Your only choice is a Treo since of all the models you mention, it is the ONLY true handheld computer.

Forget the smartphones they aren't true pdas and their proprietary operating systems aren't compatible with VB and other prgramming environments. (You can buy an SDK for them I guess, but it'll be expensive, and it'll produce programs ONLY available for that particular phone)

The Q uses a truncated version of the Windows Mobile operating system. The Q is more than a smartphone, but not really a full fledged PDA. Again, I doubt it'll run VBA stuff

In your case, I would say the Treo 700w will best suit your needs (though I think the 700p is a better consumer level PDA overall).

Be warned though, the Windows Mobile OS is something of a resource hog. There isn't a lot of room in the Treo 700w for large complex 3rd party applications. The Palm OS is much more compact, uses Treo memory better, and leaves more room for 3rd party applications.

You might be happier with a non phone Windows based PDA in this case (such as the Dell Axim or the HP IPaq)

i will inform you execs, that with verizon you have good sign/internet very almost everywhere you pass. as far as a pda, you ight besides pass forward and pass with a Curve somewhat of a pearl....because of the fact the curve is larger and greater moderen with Verizon. I even have the two a widespread cellular telephone (artwork) with verizon besides because of the fact the blackberry pearl. i'm content textile all the way around. I even have 7email bills set up on my pearl (yahoo, hotmail, aol, perception) and no issues checking all of those bills on my telephone.

if you want to do smartphone then the q would be your best bet. but if you want to do Pocket PC i would suggest the Samsung the xv6700 or the Treo 700w. also MS has moved away from using EVB to the .net mobile framework.
