dark circles-i use a special foundation only for under the eyes. I bought mine from Clinique at Macys. It really helps.

Chap Stick- Use a chap stick that is medicated. It will give some moist to your chapped lips. However, I usually reaplly my chapstick every 2 hours in order for my lips not to get chapped.

You may also use a lil bit of vaseline for your lips. Might sound disgusting? It helps. If you do not want to put that on during the day put a lil on your lips right before u go to bed. It keeps it moist

First of all, never put Mary Kay night cream on your lips. That is not what it is made for. Mary Kay does however, have what is called Satin Lips. It is an exfoliant for your lips that will remove any dryness and dullness from your lips and then the second step is a lip balm. It works great.

Now for the dark circles you could try Mary Kay Endulging Soothing Eye Gel. It works to reduce puffiness and can also minimize dark circles under the eyes. You can get both of these from my website listed below.

try a little color corrector foundation for the circles, Physician's Formula has a good one, I think a person should use a bit of yellow blended with a brush for the best results...go past the area of the circles or you'll end up with some weird, owl look! go really easy with this stuff or it will look like Edward Scissorhands!

I never use Chapstick, too waxy! Try some Blistex, the cooling sensation is freaking awesome!

To get the dry skin off your lips, exfoliate by putting a bit of petroleum jelly on a clean toothbrush and gently rubbing, sounds disgusting but it totally works...my sister showed me that in a Seventeen magazine from about 15 years ago...

You should try using foundation makeup until you can clear your dark circles. In the process cocoa butter your face 2 times a day to get a lighter color. For those chapped lips, use lip balm or vaseline anything that will keep it greased for a long period of time. Put on your lips more than twice a day.

nothing is simple and quick if you want things to work. I'm a licensed Skin Care therapist at a Day Spa. Dark circles are caused by lack of sleep, lack of blood circulation or iron, broken capillaries or heredity. Go and find a licensed person at a Spa or Salon for there products are guarenteed. Drug store products no. I suggest fot you to go to DERMALOGICA.COM They have a great eye treatment for dark circles. As for lips Vitramin E is the best. Sorme.com has a great Vitamin E stick Good Luck

Mary Kay night cream for your lips.

Elderflower eye gel from The body Shop for your dark circles and Physican's Formula concealer.

You could also go to a department store to see a make up artist that can tell you some techniques to cover them. Most major lines will do these things for free. I would recommend Estee Lauder or Clinque.

Some times no matter how much you sleep some people just have dark cirles.

For the dark circles around your eyes you should by a bronzer to apply to your face so it would blend in and wont show the circles around your eyes. For the chap lips you should use carmex, blistex, chap stick, vasline...etc. anything except lip gloss for right now

you are not getting enough rest and you need to drink more water , try laying off the sodas, they tend to make the circles darker around the eyes. chap stick for the lips and try not to lick your lips as much, if you do dry them quick.

Arbonne eye cream or borghese eye cream...and some concealer. before using an eye cream product, read up reviews from other people.

some chapstick or softlips, some sort of lip balm...always protect your lips because that is the most sensitive and vulnerable skin you have!

and lots of water and sleep!!!

for some people, dark circles are hereditary, so if someone in ur family has it, then chances are it's hereditary.
