My grandmother. I could go on and write an essay about why, and I have before. But I will just say she is inspiring because she was diagnosed with breast cancer yet still kept a smile on her face, it came back a second time and she still kept a smile on her face, even on her death bed she was smiling. She never let you know how she really felt she managed to keep smiling when the average person would frown. She makes me realize that when we complain about little stuff like period pains, or headaches, we have it easy compared to what she went through.
RIP grandma I'll love you forever.

Since this is the Philosophy section, I'll say Boethius for his writing of "The Consolation of Philosophy". He wrote in prison, just before he was clubbed to death under sentence from King Theodoric.

It's a beautiful piece, and underscores the human condition as we all approach our inevitable demise.

After that, it's Nietzsche, Tesla, Jack LaLanne, and Johnny Walker, not necessarily in that order...

Someone who is not actively TRYING to inspire anyone... They just go about their daily life, doing something amazing, or just living life the best they can, in spite of obstacles. Not usually impressed by who/what is SUPPOSED to be inspiring...
Does that make any sense? Not sure, it's getting late....!!

I inspire me the most. I attempt to live my dreams to the fullest. You only get one shot at being here - got to make the best of it!! Even if you fail, it's better than never trying in the first place.

Well, there's my mom, of course. No, she's not perfect, but somehow she does everything all at the same time.

I'm also inspired by people who are different not because they're TRYING to be and not because they're non-conformists, but because they truly are.

the rich, when i see people able to get what they want it reminds me that i can too, depending on how they acheived their wealth. they are tipically the most generous people i know and profide the most to the advancement of socity. As for a single person...Washington, he was able to turn down the power of being president, and defined how long a term was. He was a grate leader of men.
