When i download the files it says corrupted data and unsupported data. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how do i fix it?

They have to be MP4 format and you have to put them in the right folder - VIDEO or MP_Root/100MVV01

No. The PSP does not have a DVD drive it uses UMD discs instead. However if you have a PC with a DVD drive you can convert the DVD to a file which you can play from a memory stick in the PSP. You can buy some films on UMD but the selection is very limited.
