I would look into Alltel's U Prepaid plan, you can get two of the following features included in the 75 cent daily access fee, if you want the other two, it's only 25 cents each. and the voice calls are only 10 cents a minute..
the features you can have included (pick two)
Free Night and Weekends
Unlimited Txt Messaging
Free calls to one number
Unlimited m2m on the Alltel network.
now, if you do not have Alltel in your area, you can still get the plan because it has free roaming on Verizon and Sprint (i think it roams free on most carriers). Alltel does not care if you are a permanent roamer, and the rates are great. the only downside to this though is that you may have to take a non-local number.
check it out at http://www.alltelu.com/

I've never heard of it for a prepaid phone because you are paying for the card. But maybe it exists out there somewhere. You usually have to pay for every call on a prepaid plan.

Try the Cingular-Go Phone Pre paid Plans. It is a pre-paid phone with unlimited nights and weekends. Matter of fact, if you replenish your min before the month is up, the minutes rollover to the next month

ok think about it its a prepaid phone so all of your nights and weekends are free. You buy a card with minutes on it and transfer them to your phone. All of your calls are free, and when your phone runs out of minutes it wont let you use it until you buy another phone card.

Sorry I don't think there is that kind of plan. Yet the one year commitment plan does with monthly fees though.
