Dogs were always my favorite, but I'm an animal person so I really used to like (and still do like) just about every animal out there! And they must have had dogs on the ark anyway! I know that greyhounds were around in Bible times because they're the only kind of dogs mentioned in the Bible! So you could make some kids be greyhounds :)

Favorite was a Golden Retriever. Not sure if Noah brought 2 of them on the ark.

This probably won't help you for a Noah's Ark theme, cause I was totally into sharks! Somehow Noah neglected them, I believe?

I really have a son elderly 2 years 6 months, he likes a tremendous number of animals and that i could not pin down only one common yet the following is a few.... Frog, Tiger, Monkey, Duck, Hippo, squirrel. i imagine what your doing is astounding and the toddlers will be very grateful!!

When I was a child. My favorite animal was a baby kitten. I would bring home baby kittens and hide it in a box from my dad and hope that the kitten didn't jump out of the box because I was afraid that my Dad would find it and wouldn't let me keep it. Well, the kitten did end up jumping out of the box and my dad did find it but lucky for me he ended up letting me keep the kitten. Thank goodness! :o)

When we went to the zoo my favorite animal was the monkeys. As far as domestic animals Dogs are / were my favorite.
