This is easy. Get out the sewing machine. Turn the jeans inside out. Jeans will have one seam that is double, the other is just a single seam. Stay away from the double seam side--way too much work. Sew a straight line from the knee to the hem of the jeans. Try them on to make sure you haven't made the ankle too tight.
If it is fine, turn the jeans inside out again, and cut off the excess fabric (don't get too close to your new seam--leave about a half an inch). Finish the raw edge with either a serger or a tight zigzag stitch.
Been doing this for years--it will take you about a half an hour (max) per pair of jeans.

If you considering sewing easy, then sure. All you have to do is fold the flare to the inside of the jeans. The flare, obviously, flares out so in order to "remove" the flare just simply reverse the flare and stitch up the sides. I hope that made sense! Good luck!

turn your jeans inside out and sew over the flared part that you don't want to show anymore. the most efficient way would be to get a pair of pants with the leg shape you want, and trace that shape onto your flared jeans and use that as a guide to sew.

Well you can cut the inside of the pants (at the bottom) and then you can sew them if you know how. If you don't know how to sew then you can easily just pin the cut part to the other side. Like make a little fold and then pin it together. The pants should become straight legs then.

NO! u buy them straight. unless u want to wear high boots then u can just fold your jeans and then wear the boots, or u can cut and sew then to skinny jeans. good luck =)

go to a good tailor, who can re-create the way the jeans were originally stitched, and have them take the width in.

in case you fairly like the denims i could take them to a tailer and get it expert finished. you could no longer somewhat do it purchase your self. yet once you do no longer somewhat like them then i could attempt reducing them, then re sewing them. And if it would not artwork merely flow purchase yet another pair of skinnies
