It depends where you are in Michigan. Most of the state is in the Eastern time zone, so it would be 11pm in Florida as well. If you're in the very Western edge of the state (Dickinson, Gogebic, Iron, and Menominee in the UP), you're in the Central time zone, so it's already midnight in Florida.
