call your service provider to show only the statement, and your monthly payment will be down by 1-2 dollars. You can also do it online, if you have an account.

Cell phone?
You have to ask the phone company for a "non-detailed" bill for that number. You may have to have access to the bill in order to get them to do it...
I suggest calling customer support and pretend to be the account holder (Know the account holder's name and password to the account) and then tell them you'd like to save paper and get a less detailed billing statement. Just be blunt and tell them you'd like it to not show the outgoing and incoming calls on that phone number.
The next bill won't have those details...
