As long as you are not seen by the public, it is legal !!!

That would be Public Indecency or the lesser included offense of Disorderly Conduct, but as long as your in a secluded spot I think any police officer would let you go.

not if the vehicle is in a public place they gonna get you for indecent exposure and take you to da big house for a night and you will not be able to have sex in there either unless you do it with the jailer

Unless you are on your own property AND not in the view of others, it is considered indecent exposure if you get caught.

not if the car is parked in your closed garage.
But if it is in the public, (parked on street, in parkinglot) it will depend on the state, but indecent explosure normally.
