On the contrary. Your question reflects that your are aware that Santa exist only in the mind of the beholder. That is a sign of getting rational and leaving magic thoughts behind.
Santa is not the only "Myth"
There are other ones more insidious ,at least Santa's Myths is eventually spotted. There is nothing wrong or childish leaving out cookies and milk. It is a tradition that you cherish and you like to enact regardless if Santa exist or not.
I am going to rephrase your question how about? Is is a little bit childish that at almost 21 I still believe in "Noah' ark" or Adam and Eve or that some dead people resurrected....????????

I don't think it's childish. If you enjoy leaving cookies and milk out, so be it. If it brings a smile to your face, or brings back memories from Christmases past, then all the better. Keep up with your little tradition and don't let anyone tell you to stop unless you feel like doing so.

No,.. it probably brings you comfort.

Childish would be takeing giant bites out of all of them [the cookies],.. drinking 1/3 the milk,.... and then blameing a sibling, cousin, or parent for ruining the things for Santa.

Hahahahahaha..! Yeah, a little, but that's okay. Christmas is for kids, and there's no reason why people as old as 90 can't be a little childish about it.
