You will not get crappy food anywhere in this city. Even fast food burgers are good. =) But, IMO - Mandalay Bay's brunch buffet on Sundays ROCKS and the Mirage buffet (called "Cravings") is great too... My friend is an LV local and goes there.

Mirage has a great buffet and so does treasure island. they serve stuff like shrimp, barbecue, asian food, and mexican food. lots of selection to choose from.
