There are different possibilities to fly from Jamaica to Malaysia. You can fly to London and then directly to Malaysia (Air Jamaica and Malaysia Airlines); or you can fly to the US and fly to Kuala Lumpur (via New York city or Los Angeles).
You have to decide on getting there crossing the Atlantic Ocean or the Pacific.
