What's confusing ? It's the same thing with " Deal or No Deal " The difference is the odds. They are stretched out with " Deal or No Deal "

Basically, the odds don't change just because you know that one of the doors that you didn't choose has the goat. The rub is the fact that you are not sure where the car is. You assume that since Monty asked you if you want to change your mind, it makes you think that you've chosen the goat, since he knows where the goat is and where the car is. They are playing up the contestant's insecurity.

When you first chose your door, you had a 1 in 3 chance of winning the car. After the host opens door #3, there are 2 doors left. Now your odds are 1 in 2. It is in your interest to pick door 2, because the odds of winning the car has increased to 50%. If you stay with your original choice (picked from 1 in 3 or 33%) you have a better chance of missing the car.

If it bothers you, and it must, then do not do it and uncover an additional boyfriend. It is a sort of humiliation and will take the sort of getting you're taking a bowel motion on him because it progresses. Look up "Golden Showers"

i get it, it basically human nature that when you pick something that you might win and when offered one last chance to pick, after one of your possible choices is removed and you have an even better chance of being right, that youll contradict yourself.
