Any document, record, or view from the desired time. It could be true or false. For example, both the Bible and the Quran are primary sources, although an atheist would probably say that they're both false. Nevertheless, they show things from the perspective of people from that time.

A primary source would be something like a photograph, or a first-hand journal entry. Someone who was at the event when it occurred. Not someone who heard about the event, but someone who actually experienced the event...

Must be referring to Newspaper reporters. They must have
a primary source when writing an article for a paper or magazine.
All news stories are suppose to be factual, Not made up.
