How much weight will I lose if I cut out every thing but fruit, veggies, and some lean meat? After one week, can I lose five pounds? I am five pounds above my ideal weight of 105 (its healthy for MY height!) That is not alot but I would love to shed the last five in the next week for the Christmas party. I excersize once a day for 2 hours. I just want to know how much a fruit and veggie diet will let me lose in seven days.

You could probably lose the five in a week. Just don't look at the scale everyday.

You might actually gain weight eating just fruit because your eating a lot of carbohydrates. Fruits have a high amount of Sugar= Glucose and Glucose is Carbohydrates. The Sugar from the fruits depending on what you eat or how much you eat might cause you to gain instead of lose.

the person like 3 comments down, actually the sugars are complex in fruit not like chocolate or candy which means that it burns and doesnt turn into fat as fast, plus when you do alittle bit of activity you will get tons more energy

That I don't know about. However fruits and vegetables are good for a diet but not all fruits. You kind of have to be careful.

Maybe just a few pounds or two but you really cant go by that you can have the chance of getting sick in the proses
