Its possible to get pergent (whatever that is) but its impossible to get pregnant, noob.
Males don't have a uterus and fallopian tubes with eggs, unless you tell me you have them then possibly, yes.
But until then, don't stop asking stupid questions, they do well to warn everyone about psychotic weirdos like you.

The closest to a guy being pregnant is when there is a birth defect which causes one identical twin to not full develope in the womb and this undeveloped twin winds up on the inside of the other child stomach cavity.
In these instances it it possible for the living twin to carry on in life while his dead twin remains in his stomach cavity like a tumor.

There is absolutely no way for a male to get pregnant. At least not now, although who knows what science may give us in the future.

a man does not have a womb or ovaries, which are both vital (along with many other parts of a woman's body) to have children. There is no way a man could become pregnant.

The only way a male could be preg. is if he was really a hermaphrodite. ( Has both male and female body parts) It's impossible otherwise.

only if you have an ovary and a uterus to carry the fetus. Then you would only be able to be impregnated by a male.
