Ok i checked out the answers you all have suggested, and its not it. This song came out like 3 years ago at most. and it is hip hop. its not a old song. and the girl singing sounds pretty young!

Could it be a hip hop version of "Santa Baby"? It mentions an outer space convertible, bright blue. I don't know who sings the hip hop version if that's the song. However, both Eartha Kitt and Madonna have sung it.
