yes, i have taken it and my mom and rest of the family are on it now. It does work, it cleans out your intestines, but its a slow process, so it may take like 2 weeks to start working. the only things i didnt like about it was it was kind of hard to do it with school and stuff, i didnt want to take it with me. and second it kinda made my stomach hurt. but id recommend it, good stuff.
