most men say they have trouble going just a few days without it... i can go two weeks without masturbating... (i can't go longer than that without seriously risking going insane!!!)

I have a theory about why that is, and I've done some surveys with men and women I know. The most common answers I've been given are that men think more often of sex because their sex organs dangle on the outside of his body, getting touched and getting stimulated more often, as opposed to the woman's anatomy of her sex organs being neatly tucked away and sheilded from stimulation from the outside.
Women think of masterbating less often because they are stimulated less often. A build up of hormones is what usually drives a woman's desire for sex, where as a man's sex drive is driven by sight and the external stimulation that comes from having male anatomy.

I feel you on the stresses with college, in those times I tend to do it everyday, though I like to wait longer. The longest I've stayed was maybe a little more than 2 weeks. That was hard and was probably the best and messiest orgasm I ever had too, it was very intense. I usually go for 2 times a week roughly. Yeah masturbation is extremely addictive, and probably why if I'm trying to wait more than a week I get pretty cranky lol.

It all depends on the person. But, if I were to generalize, I would say that men wanted it more when I was younger. Now, that I am older, I find that I and my women friends have a higher sex drive than men out age. It does seem that the male sex drive goes downhill after 30 while a woman's picks up. Not for all, but in general.

yes men have a higher sex drive (although there are many women who also need to get off more often) but on average men are more because they're just hornier (i.e. hormones like testosterone etc.) if you are a guy and you want to stop/are addicted to masturbating.. start doing lots of exercise. basically you will drain yourself and channel the energy/hormones into your muscles and so you wont be hooked on the masturbation.

To be honest, and nobody beleives me but its true, I'm almost 20 years old and I've never masturbated in my life. I've been months and months without sex and still never masturbated. I honestly don't need to I feel. I never felt the need to do it to myself.
