I try not to question mistakes I've made in the past--because it it futile and won't make any of my regrets any easier to accept. However, I also try to apologize for whatever I can. That's the nice part...
Unfortunately, the bad part is that I'm too embarrassed about a few things to apologize for them--I don't even want to bring them up or admit that they happened--so they continue to fester. Sometimes they keep me awake at night. Even though I realize, rationally, that the other people who are involved may not have even noticed my mistake (or betrayal, for example), I still remember.
So, to answer more specifically, Halloween was the last time I said something to someone without thinking and I hurt their feelings. We're friends now, but I felt badly about making her feel like she had done something wrong when it was only an honest accident/mistake.

I guess when I let an old friend stay w/me and I had to later ask this person to leave. He folded his dirty clothes and used way too much toilet paper and he kept a cleaner house than me. I thought I was living w/my mom. .

When I opened my closet and remembered I had sold all my clothes except for a pair of leather boots and some leopard-pattern towels. That's when I thought about quitting drinking....
