I have decent & newer windows, but there is still a tiny bit of cold air coming through. What can I do to seal off more of the weather from coming through the windows? What is a good, energy-efficient way to do that?

if you really want to stop all of the air from coming in you can tape plastic on the inside of the windows. just cut it to fit on the facings and tape it on when winter is over remove same you should first make sure that the window is well caulked on the out side

Heavy drapes or a blanket if it is in an area that is OK.
