I love the name Jenny. That is what we called our little Jennifer when she was a toddler & until she was in her first year of high school, then we had to change it to Jen, because she said so. She is now 20 years old and goes by Jen. She loves her
name(s), all three of them, but goes by Jen now. Everyone calls her Jen. Once in a while, we (mom & dad) will still call her Jennifer or Jenny. We can't help it. There were no Jennifers in any of her classes in highschool & very few in the entire highschool the years she attended.

I do like the name Jenny but I love Jennifer because that is my name! Jennifer is not a common name anymore. It was used alot in the 70s. I think it should make a come back, it is a beautiful name.

I love the name Jennifer and I think that the short form Jenny is a really cute name and very feminine. I also like the names Jen or Jena, spelled with one 'n' just to be unique :P.

I just think Jenna is such a cute name. But Jenny's nice too. I don't really like Jennifer. And, of course, Jen's a more funky, wild name.

It isn't my favorite name, but it's cute and feminine, and you know she won't get teased on the playground. It is nice and safe, and she might want that when she is in her teens. She can rest assured that at least her name isn't weird, even if she thinks she is too short, too tall, too busty, too flat, etc.
On the other hand, it is hard for a name like Jenny to stand out. Jenna is less common, and she can still be Jenny when she isn't in the mood to be unique. You might also consider Geneva or Genevieve, since Jenny is a good nickname for both. I even have a friend named Giovanna who calls herself "Jennie."

I like Jennifer b/c it's pretty and b/c you can always call her Jenny for short if you decide to. Jenna is also pretty, and it's not as common.
