Your thought is of the most genuine kind. But people like giving thumbs down more it seems. I only hand those out when it's a really nasty answer or uncalled for question. I would rather give thumbs up and that is what I try to do all the time.

i often click thumbs up but on some answers they do not rate it and sure do not give them one either
