Hmmm, pretty open ended question really. There's no one way to truly classify a Bush supporter, so I've tried to break it down here:

Some people support Bush simply because he's our President, whether they like him or not. They support him based on the fact that there's pretty much nothing they can do to get him out of office, regardless of how much he screws up.

There are people who would support Bush to the death. Even if he accidentally nuked South Dakota they would still stick by his side. Even though I support Bush, I don't like these people. They tend to be a little on the whacko side, but they're here nonetheless. On the flip side, there are people who are Democrats who wouldn't care if Bush was suddenly found to be the second coming of Christ, they would still wish death upon him.

The majority of people, however, are people who are pretty much a mix of the two. They support Bush because they like the way he thinks. His policies, what he supports and doesn't support, and the things he's said can cause people to back him up. Additionally, people support him just based on the fact that he's leading our country and the last thing we want to do is distract him by being pains in the behind. And finally, the guy's a likable guy whether we like to admit it or not. That laugh? That look? Making up words? He makes us feel comfortable because he seems like an everyday guy.

I hope this helps...

for most Bush supporters, America and Bush seem to be one in the same, what's good for one is always good for the other and the two ideas are not easily separated...

if you talk bad about Bush, you're talking bad about America in their minds...

so being pro-America is the same as being pro-Bush...

what I find so odd is that they seem to have a hard time separating "president" from "America" now, but when Clinton was president, they were all too aware of the separation and didn't understand how anyone would not understand the concept of separation of the two ideas...

My personal belief is that President Bush IS pro-American therefore as someone else already said to be pro-Bush means you are pro-American.

i think your question should be is a typical liberal more pro democrat than proamerican...the ansnwer to that would be yes they vote against anything that will help our country if it was brought up by a republican to libs if republican bills pass and succed and helps america it is bad for dems. and no i dont think everything republicans or bush does is best for america, but i do beleive they care more about america than most libs

To be pro Bush is to be pro American...He is the President and I feel he's doing a great job-and your welcome to your opinion.
