I'm asuming this is for a little Christmas gift? Buy them each a Christmas stocking ($1 each). This should leave you about $11. Decorate it with glitter and glue with their names. This should leave you about $9. fill those babies up with lotto tickets.

what did you spend the rest on?
hopefully, it wasn't junk.
anyway, go to an arts and craft store, buy an inexpensive frame, and decorate it. put a nice family picture in it. they should love it.
