I guess it would depend on the person.
To some people, love conquers all.

Yes because a porn star would not provide a boyfriend/girlfriend experience.
For example a lot of guys see prostitutes because they just want sex. These girls are experienced with sex, but if they have a girlfriend then there's love behind the sex which gives a totally different and intimate experience.

Maybe, cuz if the other pornstars aren't as good as that person, then that would be less than equal and I'm sure they'd still be pretty satisfied. I wouldn't know.
