By using the snake as a whip can you snap its head off?

I don't want to do it. I just want to know if it is true. I don't believe it is. This isn't an act of animal cruilty. I want to prove someone wrong.

If the animal is dead, it maybe possible, but much less so if it's alive, when it's damn hard to disentangle its crouching body, unlike when it's dead, when its muscles are totally loose.
A snake can be killed if it's slammed flat against a wall for instance; this thing I experienced firsthand with a 40cm-long snake. I could hear its spinal string zap, and it dropped dead. This happened as it suddenly attempted to bite my hand, but instead hit the stick and when i suddenly yanked my hand, therefore throwing it forcefully against a wall beside me.
And did you know that if a snake and a pregnant woman happened to meet, the snake would stand upright if the fetus is a male, and would simply move on, if it is a female? This too I've known several incidents to verify. Amazing!

hate to burst all your bubbles but it is possible and quite a common practice in the bayou and deep swamps

i m not sure if u can snap its head off but i know u can snap their neck if thats what a snakes neck is called lol..anyway..they die

No, you probably can't. The shock would probably kill the animal though.
This is a bad question. Snakes are living things and feel pain just like we do.

why would you want too know, that is just wrong, ofcourse it would break its neck and possibly tear off its head if you did it hard enough but this is a question that is not very appealing, its called animal cruelty.
