I want to start an excercise routine something I can do at home with no equipment, but I go to work early in the morning and return home around 5pm. So I am confused as to whether to do it before I eat dinner or after.

I actually just read in my health class that the best time to work out would be early in the morning or late at night. Early in the morning will help give you energy for the day and boost the metabolish. Exercising at night will help you burn calories while you're sleeping. Good luck hun!

not after dinner, if you are going to exercise at night either do it before dinner or wait a few hours after. The really best time is in the morning. Exercise gets the metabolism moving, if you do it in the morning it maximizes the effects.

i would do it rite after you get home to let out the stress from your day at work...you should do it before you eat dinner b.c you dont want to throw up or get sick....but not on an empty stomache (for the same reasons) so i would eat a granola bar or something that way your stomaces not empty and you'll burn off the calories while your excersising!
hope this helps
