It only happen whenever I try to open .exe files.

You might not wanna try to disable that.

IE has a mechanism to warn you against possible threats... *.exe are the ones that cause troubles... the ones that are signed and verified will not pop up this window at all....

Its good thing... but if you wanna break the hell loose upon you go to IE > tools > internet options >
there change the security level to the lowest

I wouldn't do that if I were you! Running unsigned software is OK if you trust it, but if you get infected with something, killing off that warning is giving up your last line of defense. NOT a smart idea!

And people hate windows....to think it's the people who use it that's stupid and gets infected and windows is tryin to help you damn hypocryts.
