Give yourself time to wake up. I usually give myself enough time to relax after I wake up and enjoy my coffee. I usually watch a little TV and then get ready. Coffee seems to do the trick.

Put the alarm clock on the other side of the room on loud so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Leave your window shades open in your room so the sun shines in. Find one thing that you can't wait to do the next day before you go to sleep, write it on a paper and leave it by your pillow. Having an automatic coffee machine can send the aroma of coffee into your room which may help to wake you up.

I have an alarm clock set 10 mins. ahead and 3 alarms on my cellphone set at 10-15 increments to wake me up on time. Because I am very hard to wake up! Good luck!

Hear's a trick a doc told me about . Have a crisp apple for pep just that jaw movement he says will help you wake up.Also you keep the same sleep pattern's if possible.Most "not a morning people" don't get into sleep pattern's.

a thick slice of lemon in boiling water!its a natural replacement for caffine, tastes great and really does the trick!! it also detoxes your body of all the impurities. Chuck a bit of ginger in there too and youv'e got yourself a right good start to the day! oh and also thank your God for the day ahead (thats important). x x

get up the very first time the alarm goes off instead of hitting snooze.
