The 1941, what is called a mercury dime, is not a very scarce item. 175,106,557 were minted at the Philadelphia mint as well as 45,634,000 at the Denver mint (D) and 43.090,000 at the San Francisco mint (S). The mint mark if any, is on the back (reverse) next to the E in one. In low grades it is worth 7-8 X face value for the silver content. In higher circulated grades it's worth a dollar or so.

You can always sell stuff on Ebay. It is probably worth a lot to coin collectors so you can sell it there for a lot of money.
